- All fees, services, documents, and reports provided are confidential and intended solely for the client’s use.
- Search Scope has no control over search engines or directory policies and cannot guarantee the continuous inclusion of your website on these platforms. Search engines may modify their algorithms, and directories may change their policies, which could impact your website’s rankings.
- All fees are non-refundable once the service is initiated. Clients are responsible for reviewing the services and details before confirming their orders.
- We aim to provide backlinks that are highly relevant to the client’s business and industry, but exact placements may vary depending on the availability of suitable content on third-party sites.
- Search Scope cannot control third-party website owners who may remove or alter backlinks or move their content. In the event that a link is removed within 6 months of purchase, we will offer a replacement link.
- Search Scope is not liable for any direct, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from the use of our services, including but not limited to changes in search engine rankings, loss of profits, or the impact of third-party actions.
- Adjustments to anchor text or other placement details may be made to ensure successful SEO outcomes.
- Search Scope does not guarantee specific rankings on search engines for any particular keyword, nor can we guarantee an increase in website traffic.
- Clients are responsible for avoiding associations with low-quality websites or “link farms,” which may harm SEO efforts. Search Scope is not liable for any negative effects resulting from such associations without prior consultation.
- Search Scope is not responsible for changes made to the client’s website by other parties that could negatively affect SEO performance.
3. Non-Disclosure
At Search Scope, we treat all client information with the utmost confidentiality. While we do not automatically sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with every client, this can be arranged upon request.
- The information disclosed by the client will only be used for the purpose of delivering the agreed SEO services.
- Confidential information will not be shared with any third parties, except employees or professional advisers who require access to such information to carry out the services.
4. Restrictions
Search Scope reserves the right to decline or cancel any orders associated with websites in restricted industries, including:
- Websites promoting illegal activities, products, or services.
- Content that is offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory based on race, gender, sexual orientation, or any other group.
- Websites that promote harm or cruelty towards animals, or any other content deemed inappropriate or unethical.
